- Location: Kallang, Singapore
- Basic Salary: up to $3500 (Based on experience)
- Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm

The Talent
- Nitec/Diploma in Business, Logistic, Supply Chain or other related field
- At least 1 - 2 year experience in related field
- With at least 1 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding and Fied Operations.
- Knowledge handling import & export goods
- Able to start in a short notice / immediately
- Strong in communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
The Job
- Familiar sea and air freight booking, execution and payment cycle
- Air, Ocean freight customer service role
- Sea and Air freight operations, shipper, forwarder
- Ensure all security arrangements and procedures are met
- Update internal/external with shipment data
- Coordination of customer booking requests.
- Timely follow up or coordinate shipment information with stakeholders. (Subcontractors, shipping lines, shipping agent and freight forwarder)
- Verify vendor/intercompany invoices.
