We are looking for a passionate and professional Assistant Technical Officer to join our Facility Management team.
Based in Singapore and reporting into the Senior Executive Officer, the incumbent will organise and execute the repair, maintenance and improvement programs at all branches, livewires, off-course betting centres, UBI stores and BCP sites, ensuing the business operations continuity of the branches within corporate guidelines and budget.

What You'll Do
- You will collaborate with various stakeholders to plan and execute all A&A, repairs and maintenance works for all branches, livewires, OCBs, UBI stores and all BCP sites, to ensure the business operations continuity.
- You will manage contracts through timely call for quotations, stringent review and evaluation of proposals, to ensure getting the best value for all building services, maintenance and renovation works.
- You will submit reports, monitor budget and expenditure, prepare RFP / RFQ / Tender document / EAFS, check invoices and update records and ensure that operating expenditures are within budgets.
- You will assess and manage risks at all workplace during A&A and comply with prevailing safety and statutory regulations.
- You will stay current on the various technical regulations stipulated by relevant authorities/governing bodies (eg BCA, SCDF) and ensure that SPPL properties do not breach safety regulations.
Who You Are
- You will need a Diploma in Building Services Engineering or Estate Management or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
- You will need to have a minimum 3 years of related working experience.
- You have knowledge of M&E and Building Services.
- You have experience in project management and risk management.
- You have knowledge of relevant code of practices, standards and legislations.
