- Ensure sales resources are aligned with ‘Go To Market’ strategy and create and review strategic plan and annual plan to ensure adherence to initiatives and objectives
- Ensure sales team execute the sales strategy
- Coach sales resources to determine best course of action to advance sales opportunities
- Drive quotation management team to adhere to customer requirement with new
- customer acquisition and penetration abd represent regional sales in periodic business reviews, business reporting and leadership forum
- Ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Min Degree in any discipline
- Min 8 years of sales management experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer quotes / contracts, marketing materials, and customer testing specifications, possess the ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively
