Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Relationship Assistant to join our insurance agency team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Agency Leader (AL) and Financial Consultants (FC) in managing client relationships and administrative tasks. This role involves cold calling, client visits, appointment scheduling, and adherence to system processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule meetings.
- Visit clients, if applicable, to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Assist AL/FC in following up with their clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Arrange and manage appointments for AL/FC with clients and prospects.
- Coordinate and confirm meeting schedules, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Adhere to system processes and ensure accurate and timely updating of client information in the database.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least full A levels/ Diploma/ Degree
• Highly driven and motivated individuals aged 21 and above
• Strong personal presence and credibility, complemented by excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
