- Position: Admin Assistant
- $3300 - $3700 (based on experience)
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Biopolis, Singapore
- Completion Bonus
The Talent
- 2 - 3 years admin experience, office management, calendar management or any related field
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in business studies or related field
- Basic of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience with invoice and invoice validation
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Able to start with short notice
The Job
- Familiar with office practices and tasks to support the business
- Comfortable deal with numbers
- Support and provide real-time scheduling support, booking appointment and preventing conflicts
- Operate standard office equipment, copiers, calculators, adding machines
- Familiar with filing system
- Ability to work in fast/quick with accurately
- Work independently on routine and recurring aspects an assignment
- Ability to perform various word processing functions, creating, formatting, revising, retrieving, and storing documents
- Strong and excellent in verbal and communication skills, calendar management
- Provide polite and professional communication
