Event Coordinator (At least 2 year of experience)

Job Details:

  • Must be able to communicate in both Mandarin and English to accommodate our clients‘ needs.
  • Have good communication skills to liaise with clients through phone calls/messages/emails and form good relationships with clients.
  • Able to attend and set up events on venues at night.
  • Able to reach out to potential vendors and collect payments on time.
  • Create a reliable and planned schedule for upcoming events and venues.
  • Capable to play as a team player and establish solid teamwork throughout the event proposal and during the event.
  • Able to guide new team members.


Qualification:

  • Diploma required
  • At least 2 year of event management experience needed


Skills required:

  • Fluent in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Interpersonal skills for liaising.
  • Management & Communication skills.
