Responsibilities:
· Conduct general servicing for aircon systems
· Conduct chemical overhaul for aircon systems
· Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair aircon systems
· Propose and upsell aircon services to customers
· Perform site surveys and advise customers on installation details
· Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager
· Any other asks, when required by the immediate supervisor
Requirements:
· Customer facing, friendly and patient personality
· Must be able to handle physical work due to job nature
· Able to use simple mobile technology
· Open to learning
· Have handyman work experience
· Basic command of English, spoken and written
· Effective handling of fault / emergency repairs and customer complaints
