Job Description
As a physiotherapist, you will work with your clients to provide a comprehensive assessment and management plan and lifestyle management strategies to prevent further injuries. You are responsible for helping clients restore mobility, function, and independence through detailed assessments of problems and setting person-centered goals.
- Assess, evaluate, plan, and treat residents with various disabilities for optimal care
- Participate in quality improvement, research, and collaborative projects
- Facilitate any new initiatives and protocols
- Conduct training for therapists, support staff, and other health care professionals.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standard
- Enhance the department's profile through interdepartmental interactions
Job Requirements
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Must be full registered AHPC
- Minimum 5 years of similar experience
- Preferably experience working in acute / community settings
- Candidates with minimal experience are welcome to apply
- Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Be proficient in Google Suite Applications
- Must be comfortable to travel between centres
- Can speak other local languages
