This role is intended for Singapore Woodland site, a 200mm semiconductor manufacturing facility. As a Technician Equipment Engineering, you are responsible for basic monitoring, sustaining, and improving the equipment and/or processes in the assigned area, while working in partnership with module Associate Engineer and Equipment Engineer. Technicians monitor equipment performance, schedule, perform preventative and corrective maintenance on assigned tool sets, and use mechanical, electronic and PC/software skills to troubleshoot and resolve equipment related issues.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment; Execute preventive and first call maintenance on semiconductor equipment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Perform all PM activities/Process kits cleaning activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform preparation of PM logistics in facilitate the PM progress
- Perform chemical handling in accordance with EHS safety protocol when handling process kits cleaning
- Coordinate pick-up and delivery of parts/process kits with Store/Logistic warehouse
- Prepare documentation and enter data on the spare parts and process kits transaction status accordingly using M.S excel

- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks with required documentation
- Demonstrated work performance in an environment requiring attention to detail and timeliness
- Strong team member with ability to work well within a team.
