Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, defining scope, and maintaining project schedules.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, manage vendor relationships.
- Maintain project documentation, contracts, change orders, and reports.
- Act as a point of contact between project managers, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Monitor construction activities for compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Promote and enforce safety regulations on the construction site, conduct safety inspections.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage change orders and their impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, maintain contingency plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in construction coordination or a related role.
- Class 3 license
- Knowledge of construction processes
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with construction-related regulations and safety standards.
