Building works
- Must be able to read / understand technical/architectural drawings and diagrams
- Diagnose building problems and come up with solutions to repair them
- Wet work - replace tile, patching work, repair seepages
- Carpentry work - repair, rehung door repair/replace lockset, Replace door/window accessories
- Installation of partition/ceiling, repainting.
- Floor finishes – carpet, vinyl and timber work.
- Install and test new products, as well as demonstration to clients on the use and maintenance of installed equipment
Plumbing & Sanitary works
- Repair leakage
- Replace sanitary parts
- Perform maintenance serices and provide customer support
- Assist in ordering parts for repairs if needed
- Assist in creating reports on completed maintenance services
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Management environment.
- Possess at least ITE / NITEC/ NTC certification and above in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Facility Management/ Engineering/ Building or relevant qualifications.
- Able to commence within a short notice will be added advantage.
