Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Main role
- Conduct both group and private Pilates classes
- Utilize and ensure proper, safe use of a variety of Pilates equipment during classes
- Motivate clients during classes to provide the best Pilates experience
- Design and plan Pilates classes based on clients' fitness goals and conditions
- Promote the benefits of Pilates and the various studio offerings to clients
- Provide feedback to clients based on their performance in class, offering advice and assistance as needed
- Uphold honesty and integrity in all interactions
- Important to conduct classes in Japanese and manage Japanese clients
Enhancing Marketing and Planning Skills through the Japanese Community:
- Gather insights and information from the local Japanese community
- Improve marketing and planning skills, understanding the needs and preferences of the Japanese community for more targeted marketing strategies
Requirements:
Able to speak Japanese
Comprehensive training in all Pilates apparatus by an internationally recognized training organization
1-2 years of teaching experience in fitness classes
Undergo training conducted by Club Pilates, including (1) Mat (2) Reformer (3) Chair (4) Cadillac Tower / Spring Board
Demonstrate anatomical knowledge with a focus on safety
Maintain open availability for a minimum of:
Junior Instructor: 6-8 classes per week
Lead Instructor: 12-15 classes per week
Salary Range:
Salary commensurate with experience: 40SGD-80SGD/hour
Fees for private lessons are to be further discussed
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $3,2000 - $5,000 per month
