Job Description
- Efficiently manage daily transactions, including SWIFT, MEPS, GIRO, FAST, and PayNow, ensuring timely and accurate processing. This includes addressing customer inquiries, handling requests for information, and resolving non-STP (Straight-Through Processing) items.
- Perform daily reconciliation of nostro accounts.
- Participate in payment-related projects, system enhancements, and industry testing. This includes liaising with stakeholders, submitting requests, drafting, and executing test cases.
- Draft, review, and update payment procedures, as well as conduct training sessions for the operations team.
- Provide support with treasury settlements, fixed deposits, loan operations, and other operations-related tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- 5 years of experience in SWIFT payments or related.
- Deep understanding on payment channels, SWIFT/MEPS/GIRO/FAST/PayNow. including regulatory requirement, best practices and industrial initiatives; experienced in exceptional handling of the payment cases.
- Familiar with process improvement or transformation experience.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese to communicate with our Mandarin speaking stakeholders
