Responsibilities
- Handle work pass application, renewal and cancellation
- Notify MOM on work pass related information update
- Post job advertisements on internal and external career portals such as MyCareersFuture, Jobstreet, etc
- Download monthly MOM work pass bills and submit ePay for the purpose of charging cost back to the employee’s cost centre
- Identify potential areas of improvement and be part of the team to develop suitable solutions to meet the delivery gaps
- Assist with administrative work related to People Services Division matters
- Any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by the business
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
- Entry level are welcomed to apply
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR / administrative work
