Duties:
· Responsible for in season products' allocation, analysis and follow up actions.
· Understands retail trends and identifies risks and opportunities from multiple touch points, recommend the business solutions to satisfy external and internal customers.
· Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions.
· Ensures that all product is shipped in compliance with product launch dates and new store opening dates.
· Supports the key item plans and monitors the receipt flow to maximize service level.
· Manages inventory flow by chain, region, district, store, and store groups.
· Respond to individual store allocation requests and work with Operations to troubleshoot any inventory deviations.
· Prepares promotional and markdown strategy through partnership with Buying. Analyzes impact and effectiveness and makes recommendations for future promotions and markdowns.
· Recommends sharing and transfer of inventory between stores and direct to maximize inventory investment.
· Develop specific reports to support the business and complete ad hoc reporting as needed to drive or react to the current or future business needs.
· Analyzes products performance on SKU level including sales and stock to identify problems and opportunities.

Knowledge and skills
1. Bachelor’s Degree required and a minimum of 1 year of buying, planning, or allocation experience in a retail environment.
2. Knowledge of the principles of merchandise planning and allocation as well as retail operations.
3. Experienced in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
4. Strong organization, time-management, and prioritization abilities. Able to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining focused and analytical.
5. Independent-decision making skills.
6. Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
