BNP has a need for Revit Drafter to support projects worldwide.
The Drafter is responsible for drafting, modeling, and digitizing system design options and drawing packages to accompany reports and specifications submitted to clients. The Drafter uses architectural modeling programs Revit and AutoCAD to model the drawing packages based on field reports, surveys, and architectural models acquired from clients.

Responsibilities
· Build CAD and Revit models based on field reports, surveys, and architectural models acquired from clients.
· Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and diagrams using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
· Convert conceptual designs into accurate and precise 2D or 3D drawings.
· Produce drawing packages and sheets for submittal to clients.
· Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards.
· Develop Navis models and clash detection reports.
· Produce and update single line diagrams and material flow diagrams
· Collaborate with Designers to update existing drawing packages as needed.
· Incorporate feedback from Designers, Project Managers, or clients to make necessary revisions to drawings.
· Keep track of changes and update drawings accordingly.
· Collaborate with Designers, Project Managers, and other team members to ensure coordination and integration of designs.
· Participate in design review meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
· Verify that drawings match project specifications and requirements.
· Prepare and submit final drawings and design packages within agreed-upon deadlines.
· Assist in quantity measurement.
· Stay up to date with the latest drafting tools, technologies, and software to improve efficiency and accuracy.
· Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
· Proficient in use of AutoCAD and 3D REVIT drafting software.
· Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in space planning, and design coordination, preferably on different scales of projects within the engineering design consulting business.
· Experience in preparing HVAC/piping, related drawings will be added advantage.
· Ability to read, interpret, and develop efficient architectural designs and concepts.
· BIM knowledge will benefit the application.
