- Business development – Drive business unit strategy with IAM Go-To-Market teams in APS Region. Achieve TNS and EBIT targets according to annual business plan.
- Competency Management – Ensure Regional Product Specialists have tools and competence to succeed in their respective markets
- APS Program Guide – Provide guide of PN’s available which are relevant for the APS market. Include all relevant application and xref data so that markets can assess potential.
- CARE Projects – Develop Reverse Engineering projects together with markets and Engineering team in Brazil.
- Price Corridor – Ensure price corridors are respected and resolve conflicts across APS region. Support in escalation to global governance teams.
- FAS Cataloging – Ensure FAS applications are mapped to APS relevant PN’s
- Bosch Diesel Center Concept Management – Deploy global strategy and ensure that regions can enforce concept guidelines (including SPA audit)
- eXchange (Bx) – Support region to develop remain business.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering, marketing, communications, or business degree.
- 3-5+ years of Sales / Marketing / product /workshop management experience in a related environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing and communication concepts.
- General knowledge of Automotive industry preferred.
- Demonstrated project/program leadership skills, ability to multi-task efficiently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with all levels of an organization.
- High proficiency in MS office, specifically MS Excel and MS Power Point.
- Highly flexible and adaptable with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaborate effectively in a team, demonstrate a high degree of self-discipline, motivation and professionalism
- Ability to solve problems that may require modifying and adapting standard techniques.
