Job Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Design system solutions that meet business requirements and align with IT architecture.
- Develop system models, diagrams, and documentation to support system development.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure systems meet specifications and perform as intended.
- Identify, document, and resolve system defects and issues.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas can be an advantage.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience with system analysis, design, and development methodologies.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and tools.
- Proficiency in system analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and SQL.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and development frameworks.
- Knowledge of enterprise software applications (e.g., ERP, CRM) and integration methods.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
