Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas can be an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or in a similar leadership role.
- Extensive experience in software development, including hands-on coding and design.
- Experience with project management and leading technical teams.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript) and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of database systems, web services, and APIs.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
