Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams, scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, and security management to ensure optimal facility functioning.
- Investigate and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to identify root causes and implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
- Oversee contractors performing maintenance work, ensuring adherence to service standards and the upkeep of the site.
- Plan, execute, and manage facility improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and functionality.
- Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance activities to ensure all building systems are operating effectively and safely.
- Ensure all maintenance activities and projects meet established service standards and regulatory requirements for safety and quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience in facilities operations management.
- Possesses a valid Fire Safety Manager certification
