We are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to join our team and drive our growth in the water space.

Job Description:

Position Overview: The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote Aprisium’s innovative solutions to potential clients, including Wastewater, Industries, Data Centers, PFAS etc and major water players in the treatment space. This role requires a deep understanding of our technology, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of Aprisium’s products to prospective customers.
  • Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to ensure a deep understanding of our technology and its applications.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Provide feedback from customers to the product development team for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial or environmental sectors with expertise in SaaS based sales.
  • Understanding of technology and machine learning applications is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and convey complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
