Work Responsibilities:
- Able to read and understand Architectural / Technical drawings
- Design and prepare CAD drawings for various M&E systems such as ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, Electrical, Power or any other CAD drawings
- Documentation and update of drawings as required during project
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with project engineers to ensure timely completion on assigned tasks.
- Maintain and organise drawing revisions and records in a timely manner
- Prepare M&E systems tender specifications
- Other ad-hoc duties that are required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree related to Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in CAD drafting and design in Autocad, Revit, BIM and other desirable software.
- Knowledge of M&E systems (e.g. ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary and Electrical Systems), Singapore Code of Practice & Standards and authority submission process would be an added advantage.
- Team player and able to work independent with minimum supervision.
- Able to work under pressure with good time management skill.
