Working for a large Fintech company you will be leading a Business analyst / product team to define product vision, responsible for product roadmap, and product features.
You will be responsible for take the lead role in gathering requirements, analysis, managing and participate in change management for Credit origination , credit processing, credit administration modules . You will lead and drive the collaboration with the tech team, prepare detail project plans, work with delivery and testing team throughout the entire product lifecycle
Requirements
- Min 15 years of experience in IT with min 10 years working as business analyst or product manager role
- Good understanding of end to end cycle of Credit / Lending
- Min 5 years of experience working in lending domain (preferably corporate lending)
- Prior involvement in very large scale project / programmes of min 2 Mil $
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communicator
- Excellent analytical skills
