Concierge Temp Staff Position
Salary: $12 per hour, OT Paid
Workplace: Bukit Batok
Working Hours: 1pm to 10pm (Meal Break: 5pm to 6pm)
Workdays: 6 days per week (Friday to Wednesday), rest day (Thursday)
Commencement Date: Immediate to Oct 24
Requirements:
- Able to work on weekends/public holidays
- Proficient in computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
- Good command of the English Language, both written and spoken
- Cheerful personality and passionate about customer service
- Preferred customer service experience in retail, hospitality or related industry
Job Duties:
- Assist social media winners, verify eligibility, maintain records, and manage inventory accurately.
- Handle feedback, enquiries, and complaints from shoppers and tenants professionally.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to execute promotion and redemption programs.
- Assist shoppers during campaign redemptions.
- Guide shoppers through downloading and installing the Mall Rewards app.
- Support daily administrative tasks and manage the Customer Service Counter.
