We’re looking to add a Program Executive in Singapore. The position will be based in our GES office in Marsiling.
As a Program Executive, you will:
Process orders to fulfill customer requirements and meet departmental KPI targets, as well as oversee all cost-related functions, including quotations to customers, PPV claims, ECO, and material price changes.
The key responsibilities are as below:
- Process orders and load forecasts.
- Interact with customers regarding parts allocation and premium buy authorizations.
- Attend customer conference calls as required.
- Verify the accuracy of purchase order details, ensuring part numbers, pricing, MOQ, ship modes, and requested ship dates are correct before SO entry.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to fulfill customer requirements.
- Advise customers on committed ship dates and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare business reports as required.
- Monitor and expedite the closure of overdue AR with customers.
- Issue credit and debit memos and address finance inquiries.
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers for new and existing products.
- Coordinate and work with cross-functional departments to execute cost reduction projects.
- Track and submit PPV claims to customers.
- Provide quarterly quotes to customers.
- Manage ECO administration and respond to customers on ECO impact and exposure claims.
- Prepare and analyze data for monthly and quarterly invoice variances, price variances, and ICC reconciliation, and follow up on PO closures.
- Analyze monthly inventory reports and manage EOL inventory control.
- Prepare business reports on sales, inventory, E&O liability, PPV, AR, and margins.
- Meet KPI targets.
What skills and experiences are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
- 5-8 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in product costing and fulfillment.
- Working experience in a contract manufacturing environment.
- Strong planning and fulfillment skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with customers.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets.
