Director, Regional Transition Program Management
Responsibilities:
- Assume the role of subject matter authority for the client and JLL personnel on building transitions
- Be the regional point of contact for all building transition and related works and changes
- Chair governance meetings providing key updates to stakeholders
- Lead the creation and management of detailed project plan templates, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Inspire and guide teams to successfully complete tasks aligned with project milestones
- Set program and project targets and responsibilities for all partie
- Establish tools for creating robust governance structures, including dashboards and meeting cadences, to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful transitions.
- Create standards for clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders, including our client’s workplace services managers, project delivery teams, client’s stakeholders, and JLL points of contact.
- Drive the development and implementation of standardized processes, playbooks, and training materials to support efficient and effective transitions.
- Conduct training sessions to educate our client and JLL account teams on the transition program.
- Identify and manage interdependencies between project workstreams, ensuring seamless integration and minimizing disruptions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and support.
- Visit various transition projects at key milestone stages to engage with the project team, clients, the client’s stakeholders, landlords and the JLL team.
- Providing lessons learned from the completed projects to promote sharing of key information, asset performance issues, project challenges and design issues.
- Continuously evaluate and improve transition processes, incorporating lessons learned and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in program management or project management of large scale corporate real estate mobilizations, with a focus on transitions and change management.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in the real estate or facilities management industry is a plus.
- Ability to operate in a fast paced, high volume environment and a willingness to continuously adapt to ever changing requirements.
