Director, Regional Stakeholder Management Program Lead
Key Responsibilities for Project Delivery Pillar:
- High complexity projects
Overall, bring together leadership from WSM and delivery support from JLL operations and delivery teams to achieve stakeholder management objectives
Deliver project stakeholder management, or in cases where a third party vendor is engaged (e.g., due to geographical specificities), appoint and communicate expectations to the resource
Define stakeholder value, stakeholder journey strategy, and adoption plan
Execute stakeholder adoption plan - Oversee transition to BAU
- Mid/ low complexity projects:
Review stakeholder management approach shared by project team - Provide low-touch support by providing relevant templates and materials to the project team and directional guidance to project teams as required (e.g., design of course correction measures)
Key Responsibilities for Education Pillar:
- Education:
For identified Stakeholder Management Champions, deliver stakeholder management education to elevate stakeholder management knowledge
Maintain and update educational materials with new learnings from the program
Key concepts include stakeholder as a journey and end-to-end stakeholder management strategy to execution
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably with real estate experience and change management expertise
- Proven track record of successfully managing diverse and high-level stakeholders in complex programs
- Strong understanding of and ability to flexibly adapt change management methodologies and best practices
- Experience with stakeholder engagement platforms and data analysis tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to operate in a fast paced, high volume environment and a willingness to continuously adapt to ever changing requirements.
