Job Requirements & Description

  • Experience:
  1. Minimum 10 years of working experience in construction/contractor roles.
  2. Extensive experience in construction planning using P6.
  3. Proficiency in planning, scheduling, reporting, and 4D-BIM Coordination.
  4. Experience in scheduling similar scale and complexity projects.
  • Education:
  1. Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or a relevant discipline.
  • Technical Skills:
  1. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  2. Proficiency in Primavera P6.
  • Personal Skills:
  1. Ability to work independently and as a strong team player.
  2. Capability to handle fast-paced projects.
  3. Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong presentation skills for stakeholder collaboration at all levels.
  • Availability:
  1. Must be stationed at the site full-time.
