Job Requirements & Description
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in construction/contractor roles.
- Extensive experience in construction planning using P6.
- Proficiency in planning, scheduling, reporting, and 4D-BIM Coordination.
- Experience in scheduling similar scale and complexity projects.
- Education:
- Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Technical Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Personal Skills:
- Ability to work independently and as a strong team player.
- Capability to handle fast-paced projects.
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills for stakeholder collaboration at all levels.
- Availability:
- Must be stationed at the site full-time.
