Sales:

  • Exceed store budget goals according to the retail strategy.
  • Plan and conduct weekly and monthly meetings and activities.
  • Achieve store KPIs as determined by management.
  • Actively assist management in implementing store commission plans.
  • Adhere to HQ commercial guidelines (Retail Manual) and ensure their enforcement.
  • Increase profits by managing and reducing costs.
  • Frequently review sales data with management to adjust future sales forecasts and maximize sales performance.

Team Management:

  • Guide the store team by clearly outlining objectives, responsibilities, outcomes, brand standards, and procedures.
  • Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and maintain effective communication.
  • Promote a sense of belonging and pride in the workplace.
  • Arrange team activities and nurture team spirit.
  • Build a high-quality team by sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees.
  • Supervise the team and make necessary HR decisions in collaboration with the RM.
  • Coach team members and establish collective goals through team meetings, on-the-job training, appraisals, anticipating training needs, task distribution, and giving feedback.

Store Management:

  • Uphold high standards for displays, visual merchandising, and store condition according to brand guidelines.
  • Serve as the "face" of the store and a Brand Ambassador, enhancing brand and store awareness and equity both inside and outside the store.
  • Exhibit brand ambassador skills with customers, partners, and local dignitaries.
  • Maintain professional and respectful relationships with service suppliers, store neighbors, and the landlord/shopping mall management.

Store Operation Management:

  • Adhere to procedures, identify issues, and propose solutions to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Maintain accuracy in monthly, quarterly, and annual stocktaking and quality control.
  • Put measures in place to prevent stock discrepancies at all times.
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.

Financial Control & Cash Registry:

  • Guarantee adherence to procedures and legal regulations.
  • Oversee the management of the cash register.

Reporting:

  • Provide daily and monthly sales reports to all relevant parties, including the Managing Director, promptly.
  • Assess current operations to identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop and execute action plans accordingly.

Customer Experience & CRM-Related Activities:

  • Define navigation scenarios within the store and coordinate Sales Associates on the sales floor.
  • Guide and support the team in delivering the selling ceremony, utilizing appropriate brand behaviors and tools.
  • Attract and convert target prospects into store customers, and develop programs to acquire new high-potential clients.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
  • Pay special attention to both existing and new VIP customers to ensure their loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities and propose clienteling strategies. Manage client information, including data entry, updates, and tracking clienteling tasks for Sales Associates, as well as product registration.
  • Build relationships with potential and current customers to understand their current and future needs.
  • Participate in client events, such as mothership visits, with defined sales, CRM, and prospecting objectives.
  • Handle client complaints with care and promptly report any store, brand, or product-related issues to the office.
  • Follow up and manage individual repairs and customer service-related matters.

Requirement

  • 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail.
  • Strong leadership skills of managing at least 10 headcounts.
