Job Description
1. The R(A) shall have minimum eight (8) years of architectural experience with Degree in relevant field, and at least five (5) years of experience in design and five (5) years in construction supervision (full time role) for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.
2. The R(A) Must have LTA or CAG Experience are added Advantage for consideration.
SRTO-Architectural Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years as RTO, 8+ years in complex building supervision.
- Education: Diploma in Architecture or Building Services.
- Accreditation: IES & ACES accredited.
- Certification: BCSS Certificate.
- Skills:Statutory codes, quality control, construction administration, progress reporting.
Analytical, verbal, and written communication.
Maintain site records, proactive in issue resolution, team spirit.
- Availability: Willing to work shifts.
