Job scope:
- nursing care and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members for support to service users and their care givers (especially PT and OT)
- plan, coordinate and execute activities that promotes participation while promoting client’s wellbeing
- provide immediate care during medical emergencies
- carry out daily required treatments and administer medication
Job Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
- One day per weekday
