- Develop and maintain business relationships with interior design (ID) firms to supply modular carpentry solutions.
- Recruit and engage freelance interior designers to promote ID services, including whole house renovations and modular carpentry.
- Oversee customer management and implement sales training standards and SOPs in-store across two large showrooms in Singapore.
