Responsibilities:
- Execute interior design tasks including client needs assessment, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and construction documentation.
- Assist in selecting and presenting furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting.
- Create finish plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction.
- Provide design support, client liaison, and documentation throughout the design concept’s completion and execution.
- Collaborate with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, and highly efficient.
- Innovative, adaptable, and creatively resourceful.
- Strong initiative, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Relevant interior design experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
- Knowledgeable in furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications.
- Strong graphics and visualization skills to communicate design ideas effectively.
