Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit tender technical write up, documents and slides in compliances with all terms, condition and requirements.
- Coordinate all related construction matters with Subcontractor/Consultant/Client.
- Resolve technical problems at site by developing solutions to problems with the application of engineering concepts, practices and techniques.
- Plan and schedule work progress for construction operations.
- Liaise with consultants, client, sub-contractors and coordinate to site activities arrangement and ensure effective teamwork.
- Coordinate with consultants on the day-to-day inspection on site and resolve discrepancies and other detailing problems in the construction works with the consultants and superiors.
- Assist project manager to prepare daily/weekly and monthly site reports and submit to the planning department.
- Prepare all method statements, drawings and risk assessment for client to review.
- Review and verify all Civil and Structural related engineering works are comply to requirement
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering recognised by PE Board Singapore with relevant working experience
- Experience: At least 8 years working experience in civil engineering / infrastructure projects (LTA Projects Tender experience)
- Specific skills/abilities: Able to work independently and possesses good technical, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Personal qualities: Excellent interpersonal communication skills and willingness to learn
