Work hours: Mondays to Fridays: 6:45am to 11.45am
Contract Period:1 Jan 2025 to 30 Nov 2025
Job Responsibilities;
• Handle calls, walk-in enquiries, goods delivery, school mails, parcels dispatch. Attending to pupils who are unwell.
• Ensure cleanliness & tidiness of the reception area.
• Preparation and verification of documents over the counter.
• Assist in the checking for completeness of student application form submitted and informing of parents on the outcome of application.
• Maintain telephone listing of school.
• Follow up on collection of Singapore Graduation Certificate for graduated students.
• Assist in compiling of daily staff attendance & monthly Staff Attendance reporting.
• Any other duties as assigned by Admin Managers
Job Requirement
Prefer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and inter-personal skill
• Good customer service skill
• 3 years of experience in administration/customer service
• Mature individual with a pleasant disposition
• Preferably experience in managing secondary school students
• 3 years of experience working in an educational institution will be an advantage
