Requirements
- Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of recruitment and human resources management experience in the Malaysia region.
- Candidates with recruitment and management experience in the live streaming industry are preferred.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and related regulations preferred.
- Excellent recruitment skills, able to effectively attract and select candidates who the company culture.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with employees from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibility
Recruitment Management:
- Plan and execute recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviews, and hiring, ensuring an efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain and expand recruitment channels, actively seeking and attracting outstanding talents to join the company.
Compensation and Benefits Management:
- Manage monthly attendance calculation and performance assessment, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
- Develop and optimize employee benefit plans to meet employee needs and enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Onboarding and Offboarding Management:
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including contract signing, training, etc., ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Assist in the offboarding process for employees, ensuring compliance and smooth processes, including exit procedures and exit interviews.
Employee Management:
- Resolve daily employee issues, provide necessary support and assistance, and maintain good employee relations.
- Plan and organize team-building activities to promote team cohesion and a friendly atmosphere.
- Responsible for maintaining the daily order of the office environment, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
