Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets.

- Project-Based Sales: Manage and coordinate sales efforts for project-based opportunities, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Technical Consultation: Provide expert technical advice and support to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
- Payment Collection: Assist in the timely collection of payments, ensuring smooth financial transactions.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and requests promptly, maintaining a high level of service.
- On-Site Problem Solving: Visit construction sites to resolve hands-on issues, ensuring project continuity and success.
- Product Specifications: Develop detailed product specifications for main contractors, architects, and consultants.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term business relationships with prospective clients, including architects, quantity surveyors (QS), and developers.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by your superior, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience in the construction industry, with a preference for project-based sales experience.
- Diploma or higher, preferably in a construction-related field.
- Must possess a personal vehicle for transportation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, technical proficiency, and a customer-focused mindset.
