Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative supports including claims, searches, billing, keeping deadlines and attending to general queries;
- Handling conveyancing related matters ie sale, purchase of private properties
- Review and proofread documents relating to conveyancing matters
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/telephone calls and correspondence with clients to receive instructions
- All other secretarial / administrative duties assigned
