Duration : 12 months contract
Working hours : 8.30am to 6.00pm
Working location : Maple tree Business Park
Job Responsibilities:
- Address inquiries regarding ICT policies and governance information.
- Review submissions for ICT deviations, ensuring completeness, and collaborate with relevant contacts to address any missing or inconsistent information.
- Compile and summarize data using Excel or other suitable platforms.
- Conduct data analysis and present valuable insights.
- Evaluate feedback and challenges encountered by Agencies, identifying ways to enhance effectiveness in addressing issues.
- Review IM8 control requirements and suggest refinements to enhance clarity.
- Develop knowledge management and project sites.
- Coordinate and confirm meeting attendees.
- Record key points during meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Conduct testing and migration of new features on a digital governance platform.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT Project-related work; or ICT governance work; or ICT Policy-related work
- Knowledge of service journey, UI/UX design principles for visually appealing and user-friendly portal.
- Familiarity with agile development and system integration via APIs.
- Proven track record in working with cross-functional teams including external vendors and internal key stakeholders (ICT practitioners, security and engineering teams), to facilitate and coordinate activities and communications.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management.
- Excellent vendor management, agile, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Public Sector agency experience as a ICT practitioner
- Have data analytics experience in using Ms Excel (advance features) and Tableau
- Have experience in agile development lifecycle
- Have experience with change management techniques
