Job Description:


  • Handles incoming calls and walk-in customers with the intent of providing customer satisfaction, retention and extending contact to sell new or additional products or services
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, messages and chats on social media platform
  • Scheduling technicians job
  • Liasing with brands key personnel
  • Ad-hoc assignments


Requirements:


  • Organizational skills
  • Telecommunication skills - verbal and written
  • Leadership skills for handling both customer and team relationships
  • Basic knowledge of home appliances usage
  • Able to work as a team


5.5 working days/ week ( alternate saturday off days within staffs)
