We are looking for a creative and motivated intern to join our team and assist in designing a logo and creating a website for Telediant Engineering Sdn Bhd. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in graphic design and web development, specifically using WordPress.
Job Responsibilities:
- Logo Design:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the company’s brand and vision.
- Create multiple logo concepts and present them to the team for feedback.
- Refine selected logo concepts based on feedback.
- Ensure the final logo design is versatile and scalable for various uses (print, digital, etc.).
- Website Creation (WordPress):
- Work with the marketing and IT teams to gather requirements and understand the website’s purpose and audience.
- Develop wireframes and mockups for the website’s layout and structure.
- Design and implement a user-friendly and visually appealing website using WordPress.
- Customize WordPress themes to fit the brand’s look and feel.
- Ensure the website is responsive and optimized for various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Integrate necessary plugins and functionalities (contact forms, social media integration, SEO tools, etc.).
- Test the website for functionality, performance, and compatibility issues and fix any bugs.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Regularly communicate progress and updates to the supervisor and relevant teams.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Assist with other design and development tasks as needed.
- Portfolio:
- Candidates must provide Portflio or Art Work
Job Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
- Experience with WordPress, including theme customization and plugin integration.
- Familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
