JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Manage the day-to-day office and personal tasks, including prioritizing important deliverables.
  2. Maintain accurate calendars, ensuring all appointments and commitments are kept in order.
  3. Participate in highly confidential meetings, providing accurate records, transcribing minutes, and distributing them accordingly.
  4. Collaborate with team members to organize various corporate events, ensuring smooth execution.
  5. Act as a liaison for Tan Sri office, handling internal and external inquiries professionally and promptly.
  6. Conduct research, collect, and analyze data to prepare reports and documentation as needed.
  7. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of documents.
  8. Maintain the cleanliness of our office space, ensuring that all areas are kept tidy and organized.
  9. Uphold a clean and inviting work environment for our employees and visitors.
