A. JOB SCOPE • To assist and provide support to the Project Manager / Department Head in managing the testing/implementation/migration/post implementation monitoring activities for approved projects.
B. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with finance project team to capture finance user requirements, ensure it is accurately communicated to Project Team and documented in User Requirement Document.
• Work with finance project team to ensure the completeness of the UAT scripts and to perform UAT as per pre-planned schedule.
• To develop a project control checklist for pre and post project implementation after discussion with relevant stakeholders within Finance.
• To attend project team meetings and actively identify, communicate, and report significant deviations in agreed user requirements, UAT results and project schedule.
• To monitor post project implementation result based on project control checklist.
C. ACCOUNTABILITY
• Timely delivery of project related tasks

D. JOB SPECIFICATION
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance and/ or a professional accountancy qualification
• Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in Finance, including involvement in project implementation.
• Skills/Knowledge: Computer savvy, strong sense of responsibility and detailed oriented, able to communicate effectively, proactive and positive attitude.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 6:00pm)
