Position Summary:The Cleaning Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the cleaning staff, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed efficiently, effectively, and to the highest standards. The supervisor will coordinate with clients, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning staff.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and support.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the cleaning staff, providing feedback and addressing any performance issues.
- Operational Oversight:Develop and implement cleaning schedules and ensure adherence to them.
Inspect facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
Address and resolve any cleaning issues or complaints from clients promptly and effectively.
- Quality Control:Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standards and within the specified timeframes.
Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance cleaning operations.
- Health and Safety:Ensure all cleaning staff follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Provide training on proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Maintain records of health and safety training and compliance.
- Client Relations:Communicate regularly with clients to understand their cleaning needs and address any concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality cleaning services.
Prepare and present reports on cleaning operations and client satisfaction.
- Inventory and Supplies:Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Order and replenish supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Maintain records of supplies usage and manage budget effectively.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in cleaning and sanitation are a plus.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in cleaning operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
