Responsibilities:
· Installation and migration of Microsoft Windows, Linux / Citrix
· Configuration and installation of Servers, MS Windows, Cisco routers and PIX, firewalls, etc
· Network troubleshooting on MS Windows and Office 365
· Software maintenance support and servicing for clients
Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / related IT Certifications
· 3 to 5 years of experience in supporting MS Windows / Unix / Linux
· Knowledge in the followings: VMWare / HP / IBM Servers / Storage Area Network / Cisco switches / routers / firewalls, MS AD design, Microsoft Exchange server, etc
· Good interpersonal skills
