- Responsible for doing general office upkeep and maintenance of facilities.
- Handle purchase of stationery, keep inventory of all fixed assets and equipment and track of monthly office expenses and verification of supplier invoices.
- Support in payroll preparation and general HR administration.
- Attend in worker’s matter such as arranging worker’s dormitory, transportation, work injury cases, etc.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of admin or site admin experience from Construction industry.
