Responsibilities:
1.Team Management
- Oversee both kitchen and service crew, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs.
- Manage staff attendance, scheduling, and build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
2. Financial Management
- Manage the restaurant’s Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Regularly update shareholders on the restaurant’s financial performance and key metrics.
3. Procurement and Menu Management
- Oversee the procurement of raw materials, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and optimize the menu, aligning it with customer preferences and business goals.
4. Hygiene and Food Safety
- Ensure the restaurant complies with all hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the establishment.
5. Sales and Marketing
- Develop and execute sales and marketing promotions to boost restaurant sales.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L statements.
- Experience in procurement and inventory management.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Benefits:
- Basic monthly salary $2000-2500, Bonus $100/month.
- 10% profit sharing, est $1000-2000 per month.
