Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our product team. This role will support the development and execution of NOVI Health’s product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the health and well-being of our users. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and technology, with a strong desire to grow in product management.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development: Assist in the development and delivery of digital health products, and collaborating with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify user needs, market trends, and competitive insights, and use this data to inform product decisions
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
- Product Roadmap: Support the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones
- User Experience: Assist in the design and testing of user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across all products
- Data Analysis: Analyze product performance data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Quality Assurance: Coordinate and execute quality assurance processes, ensuring products meet high standards of quality and functionality
- Process Management: Manage and optimize product development processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration across teams
- Communication: Act as a liaison between teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to drive product success
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field, preferably in the health or technology industry
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Jira and project management software
- Knowledge: Understanding of user-centered design principles, agile development methodologies, and quality assurance practices
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
