- Creates a strategic sales strategy aimed at achieving revenue retention, driving revenue growth, and acquiring new business within their personal customer portfolio, with the goal of meeting or surpassing individual sales objectives and contributing to overall organic business expansion.
- Establishes specific goals for every sales call or meeting; customizes standard materials to deliver compelling presentations to key decision-makers and influencers; employs pertinent inquiries to gather insights, assess customer interest, and pinpoint areas needing additional clarification or information.
- Effectively utilizes the CRM system to implement sales activity plans and generate timely reports.
Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales in the Government (Defence), Public Sector domain.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM system.
