RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage organizational administrative duties such as payroll administration, data administration, HR system, reporting, employee benefits, and leave management.
- Supporting and advising business lines on new hires and terminations, manage full spectrum of employee life cycle as well as initiate and monitor HR processes.
- To develop succession plans and carry out learning and development initiatives and talent management plan.
- Engaging in management and handling employee behavior and improve productivity
- Manage employee survey in response to employee feedback and suggestions and partner with business lines to define action plan and monitor progress.
- Lead employee engagement plan and activities and promote agile working.
- Promoting diversity through hiring as equal opportunity employers
- Responsible for government reporting and monitor government updates management on HR regulations.
- Support HR Director as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Human Resources/Business with at least 4-5 years of HR experiences and strong analytical /problem-solving skills.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinance and policies.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
- Payroll or accounting experience is a plus.
